The accommodation must be left in a reasonably clean condition (dishes washed, trash collected).
The accommodation must be locked according to the instructions provided (door locked with code).
The number of guests must strictly correspond to the reservation. Any additional person is prohibited without the owner's prior written consent.
The lead guest is responsible for ensuring that all occupants and visitors comply with these rules.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
It is strictly forbidden to consume, possess, or use illegal substances in the accommodation and its outdoor areas.
It is forbidden to discard cigarette butts in nature or in green spaces.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is located in a residential area with close neighbors.
4.1 General Principle
Any excessive noise, audible from outside the property, is prohibited at all times.
The accommodation is intended for quiet, family stays.
4.2 Parties and Events
Parties, festive gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
Any activity that generates abnormal noise is prohibited.
4.3 Quiet Hours
Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM: strict quiet is required.
After 10:00 PM: Outdoor activities must cease, and occupants should use the indoor spaces.
4.4 Barbecue
Use is permitted until 9:30 PM, provided that the neighbors are respected.
Vehicles must be parked only in the designated private parking spaces on the property.
Parking on public roads must comply with local regulations and must not obstruct traffic or disturb the neighborhood.
Unscheduled external visitors are not permitted.
7. SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is open only from May to the end of September.
The swimming pool and outdoor areas are intended for respectful family use.
7.1 Conduct
Appropriate attire is required in areas visible from the outside.
Any inappropriate behavior or behavior likely to disturb the peace of the neighborhood is prohibited.
7.2 Safety
Children must be supervised at all times.
The pool enclosure must be closed after use and at night.
7.3 Use
The pool must be used in accordance with the provided safety instructions.
Equipment must be stored after use.
Use is the responsibility of the occupants.
Firelighters only (no paper).
Dry wood only.
Operating instructions must be strictly followed.
The accommodation is equipped with a sound level measurement device, without audio recording, used solely for the purpose of preventing disturbances.
In case of non-compliance with these regulations:
immediate warning to the lead traveler
intervention by the owner or their representative
in case of serious or repeated disturbances: immediate termination of the stay without refund
possibility of reporting to the competent authorities
All reservations imply full and complete acceptance of these regulations by the lead traveler and all occupants.
